Shipping Information:
Within the continental United States, we use US Postal Service Priority mail, which is normally a 2-3 day delivery.  The cost is $15 for an unkeyed flute.  Flutes are shipped insured, and we ship them in a sealed, humidified package during the winter months.  Let us know if you require a different shipping method.  For shipments outside the continental United States, we charge the actual shipping cost, and will recommend the most appropriate carrier.

Waiting List:
Our waiting list has varied from zero to 8 months.  You can check here for current delivery times and new and used flutes in stock.  We try work on a "first come first served" basis, though this may change sometimes to enable efficient production.

The quoted delivery dates are based on a planned production schedule with contingency time built in for unplanned delays.  We have almost always shipped on or ahead of schedule, and never more than a few days after the quoted date.
